The multi-level middle school consists of classrooms, multi-media
rooms, a library, a gymnasium and general offices. The project featured
dedicated DX supplemental cooling in computer rooms, three-zone wet
pipe fire sprinkler system, a fully electronic Johnson Metasys building
automation system, a two-pipe changeover type hydronic system with
cast-iron, forced-draft boilers, and an air-cooled packaged chiller
with ice storage.
