The project consisted of the renovation of an existing manufacturing
facility into a new private elementary school. The existing hydronic
system was renovated to serve new zone coils in the classroom wing
and existing radiant floor heating zones were retained. The hydronic
system was also renovated to improve radiant floor heating controls.
The existing manufacturing area fan system was modified to provide
classroom ventilation. Office and pre-school areas were served from
fan coil units and dedicated exhaust fans were provided for Science
classroom fume hood and Art classroom exhaust.
