Shaffer • Baucom Engineering & Consulting is the Mechanical
Engineer of Record for this new 200,000 GSF, 60-bed full service hospital.
This is the first hospital in the nation to achieve LEED® Certification.
Sustainability was one of the primary design principles. The result
of this is a building that improves the quality of the environment
and maximization of human comfort. This was achieved through the thoughtful
design of the systems and the selection of materials.
